A series of public art commissions have been part of the development of the building and the squares since the initial designs. The works are integrated into the fabric of the building and landscape and have all been achieved by artists working closely with the different design teams of Hawkins/Brown (architects), Plincke (landscape architects), the construction company Bowmer + Kirkland and other specialist manufacturers.
The commissions have been led and supported by In Certain Places working in partnership with Atoll (public art agency) and Capital Projects UCLan.
