University Masterplan

Professor Charles Quick of In Certain Places is part of the University team delivering aspects of the Campus Master Plan Vision. A core principle of the plan is to integrate the campus seamlessly with the rest of the City, benefiting current and future generations of students, staff, visitors and the wider community.

He led the engagement processes that went onto inform the brief for the RIBA competition for the Student Building and new squares. Since Hawkins Brown architects won the competition Charles has chaired  the Public Art steering group, which is integrating a programme of public art into the £57 million project.
